The Little Cake Baker has won Silver again, only a few points off another Gold! Amanda has come up with another 'different' cake idea especially for 2016! As we all know, Cheese cakes.. made from wheels of cheese have become very popular recently and Amanda has taken this idea and made a 'Cheese Wheel' cake entirely out of sugar! With Crackers, blackberries and even grapes! Another great design to pop onto a 'Wood Effect' board also made from sugar paste!

Amanda has now given all the money raised from charity cake sale to the Neo-natal department at chester hspital, and a webcam has now been purchased and installed! Amanda and Nieve are so pleased they could provide this service!

Amanda loves creating something a little bit different, first a Dolls house, then a chair, now a vase a of realistic flowers! All handmade, even the board was wood effect handpainted Sugarpaste! What will she create for 2016??... Watch this space! :)

Amanda Wins Gold and takes first place at Welsh International Culinary Championships 2014!

The Little Cake Baker has done it yet again!

Cake Decorator and designer Amanda has won Gold with her 3 tier wedding cake design. All decoration had to be edible, the flowers, the ribbon and even the lace! All handmade by our talented cake designer, lots of effort won her gold and an invite to a gala dinner held in Llandudno, where she collected an award for her acheivment in the form of a plate... perfect for a slice of cake!

Amanda Wins Bronze at Manchester Cake International 2014!

Amanda has won Bronze for her 'Wedding Chair' design cake, to get any award at all is an acheivment, but especially when the cake was damaged in transit! Luckily the judges could see the skill and attention put into this cake, which stands over 2 feet tall!

The Little Cake Baker has done it again!

Cake Decorator and designer Amanda has won Gold with her modified version of the Dolls house cake at Cake Internation Manchester on 8th march 2013 and also won First Prize in the its Class! Well Done again!

The Little Cake Baker is proud to announce that our Cake Designer and Decorator Amanda won a Silver medal for her Dolls House cake at the 'Welsh International Culinary Championships' on February 14th 2013! Well Done!

The Little Cake Baker was at Hawarden Farm Shop in North Wales selling cakes and bakes on Saturday January 26th 2013! Thanks to everyone who came along and purchased our lovely cakes!

We were located on the far table in the shop building... Thanks to everyone who came along and tried the lovely cakes and other pretty treats on sale! There were also samples to 'try before you buy' and Amanda our Award Winning Cake Designer was there to speak to if you had any questions or plans for future cakes :)

The Little Cake Baker sold 150 cupcakes and a few celebrarion cakes to raise money for the neonatal ward at Chester hosptal on 11th December. The sale had a Christmas theme and there were cakes for everyone, snowmen and penguins along with cute and pretty! Money raised is again going towads the total goal amount of £850 to buy a webcam for the neonatal ward to enable mums on the maturnity ward to see their babies in the unit when they have to leave them.

This now brings the total so far to £582! :-D
